We decided to open Vienna Manor almost 20 years ago, after caring for Rosa's late mother Renee. Rosa believes that every resident should be treated with the love and care she offered her own mother… and be afforded everything they need to live gracefully. That's our philosophy, and that's the way we treat each and every one of our Vienna Manor family members. That includes our dedicated staff.
Our mission at Vienna Manor Assisted Living is to provide exceptional care for our residents in a safe and loving home. Our vision is to become the premier boutique assisted living facility in the area as we recognize the growing need for an intimate and caring environment for our residents through the end of life.
Today, Vienna Manor has grown to six distinctive homes, each designed to offer the same warmth, personalized attention, and sense of community that have been at the heart of Vienna Manor from the beginning. Having multiple locations allows families to choose the home that feels like the best fit for their loved one, while still receiving the same trusted level of care and personal connection.
Although we have grown, our philosophy has remained the same: create a home where residents feel known, valued, comfortable, and cared for like family.

Grace Kimball brings over 25 years of experience in nursing, senior living, and assisted living administration in Northern Virginia. As a nurse and administrator, she has built extensive experience in clinical care, operations, staff leadership, and resident services. Prior to joining Vienna Manor, Grace spent five years with Sunrise Senior Living, where she helped strengthen operations and resident care.
As Executive Director of Vienna Manor, Grace is focused on maintaining high standards of clinical and operational excellence while creating a warm, engaging environment where residents can thrive. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that every resident deserves to live with dignity, purpose, and joy, while families deserve confidence and peace of mind in the care their loved one receives.
Grace especially values the relationships she develops with residents and their families and remains closely involved in the day-to-day life of the Vienna Manor community.

Suzanne brings more than two decades of executive leadership and public health experience to her role as Administrator of Vienna Manor Assisted Living.
Prior to Vienna Manor, she built her career leading complex organizations and initiatives, with significant experience in public health policy and government health initiatives. Her transition into assisted living was both a natural extension of that experience and a deeply personal choice, allowing her to bring strong management, thoughtful leadership, and operational excellence into a setting where they can have an immediate impact on people’s lives.
At Vienna Manor, Suzanne leads operations, regulatory compliance, staff development, quality standards, resident services, and organizational policy. Her public health background shapes her approach to senior care, with an emphasis on safety, prevention, dignity, and overall well-being for quality of life until the end of life.
It is work she is genuinely passionate about and an opportunity to use her experience to help create a place where exceptional management supports something even more important, exceptional care.
